terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, ... Worst service ever. Bought 3 cars there. Every time needs inspected I had to get new brakes. Took to Protech. Didn't need brakes. Bought tires there. Put the wrong size on!!! At the dealer? Could've killed me. Didn't care argue and argue. During COVID so tg I wasn't driving far. Nothing but a nightmare. Now my headrest opened? Let me sit there for 1 1/2 hours just to get their money for 2 pictures. Yes 90 minutes for 2 pictures. Don't go there!

Took my father into to purchase a vehicle. I called up there prior to driving there to ask exactly what he needed. Explaining That he didnāt have paystub. Itās the weekend and he cldnt get any off his employer. Mich stated all he needed was a drivers license and that most if not all banks donāt even ask for paystubs. Set an appointment to test drive the car, showed up to warmed up ready to roll vehicle. Pulled it into the lighted garage to inspect as it was dark when we went to test drive. No pressure to buy. Made a deal as it was well priced.

Negotiations were easy and the dealership helped out with logistics to save me time. Would use this dealership again in the future.

had my jeep in for state inspection and the 30 thousand mile service the service people never check my tire pressure after leaving i had to stop and fill air in all my tires i was at there for this service for over 3 hours and the simple task of checking air pressure was overlooked.

They are very easy to deal with. Competent, professional, provided explanations for what they did.

I had to wait over a week to get the van checked. Ridiculous. And they did not find or fix anything.

I pulled into the garage for an oil change (no appointment) at 736 am on a Monday morning and my vehicle was ready to go with a car wash too at 835 am. You canāt beat that. The employees at Diehl are really nice

My experience was outstanding. I was able to complete all of my pre paperwork remotely to allow for a very short time face to face with the F&I person. Service dept charged me for an oil change when they shouldnāt of and even tried it again until I said something. Did not know about the one free oil change per year but got charged anyways. Was told they would catch me next time around but that was a new year so it was free , after I said something again.

I brought my 2012 Grand Cherokee for inspection and a recall and when I picked it back up the right front blinker didn't work anymore. I went back to them and initially everybody agreed that it was probably not coincidence and that we would just quickly change the bulb and move on. When they looked at it they realized it wasn't the bulb but a lose cable or so. People on this dileship is rude and racist; they wouldnāt sell a car to my wife and they stated that they needed to run a background check in her, even though she was paying cash for the car: not a credit check, a background check to verify that she wasnāt a TERRORIST! This was ridiculous!

Staff was professional and efficient. Service department and customer waiting area was clean. Everyone was very helpful.

The service received was exceptional,. Ephraim was very professional, explained the process and took care of my buy out. The process was quick. I would recommend anyone to Diehl if they are interested In quality service as well as a car of good quality.

The experience was pretty good from the minute I started the inquiry of the vehicle to the out the door delivery, every thing was perfect.

The service department is great. my Jeep was still under warranty and my lease was still in affect. engine light was on and they diagnosed a bad water pump and later a bad hose melted because of pump. Pump took 9 days to get to them and a total of 14 days for work to be completed. They said they had no loaners for me. 10 days later they had one which i appreciated greatly and used it for 5 days. Jeep so far is running good a week later.

They were very helpful and accommodating.I would highly recommend them to friends.Their hours were very helpful.

I know I am late in completing this review and I apologize for that. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and that was completed without any problems. However, there is a clicking noise every time I turn off the vehicle. I mentioned this and was told it is the engine shutting down. I left it at that but I must say, the more I think about it, the more it bothers me. Do all Jeeps have this noise when you turn off the vehicle? There are horrible in there service and told us to leave and wouldn't fix my jeep.

The dealership was very helpful in resolving the main issue with my truck. The ram customer service center however made me want to trade in my truck for something else and I am now actively searching because of them. The calltakers were incredibly rude and hung up on me without resolving or attempting to resolve.

I brought my vehicle in for service (it was purchased elsewhere) & I was VERY impressed with the service dept. team. It was very easy to scheudle an appointment, the vehicle was looked over & finished up very promptly. Everyone was straight forward, friendly, and fair. I will certainly go back for future service and likley a purchase when the time comes.

This dealership has very nice people that work there never had any problems. My truck is good so far. Thank you for getting me in for service quickly!

The wait time was very poor. However, a part had to be ordered to fix the problem, with a wait time of 45 days...

I made an appointment for an oil change and it took 3 hours until I was notified it was done. Also I thought that usually you check the tire pressure and wash the car and neither was done.

The people that work there are awesome. But the wait time to get something in is poor . You tell someone that your part will take 10 to 20 days and a month or more later my car is finished .

In for inspection and tire rotation / oil change. Those were fine. Didnāt receive any info on brake wear or tire depth. Used to get a sheet for this in years past. I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of with services recommended that were.not itemized for over 1200 that werenāt in the owners manual. Ex. Never a bad experience! I understand that after COVID everything has changed and logistics are not the same as it used be so longer than normal times are expected and if you are under stand well that goes without saying.

After two attempts here the vehicle was finally repaired. Tried 3 times at dealer in SC where vehicle was purchased. They could not diagnose the problem. During both visits here which were under warranty was challenged being supplied with a loaner until a few days in to the second repair attempt. Vehicle repair was estimated to take 2 weeks but took 3 weeks plus. The final result was an entirely new engine plus some auxiliar parts. I was treated very well by the service advisor and I think the vehicle runs better now than it ever has even when new!

Fast and timely service even when visibly busy. I was able to get my car ahead of estimated time and still make my appointment elsewhere on time.
